Zumba Classes
Hour long Latin-based dance fitness classes that burn calories and feel more like a party than a workout. Cost is £5 pay as you go. Suitable for all fitness levels just bring a bottle of water. Ideal shoes for the workout would be dance shoes or trainers with minimal tread.
Tuesdays 6 7pm at the Heber Sports Centre,
Wednesdays 6 7pm at the Whitchurch Leisure Centre and
Thursdays at Tilston War Memorial Hall from 8 9pm
Nia Classes
Hour-long movement classes taken in barefoot, to a range of inspiring music, providing exercise that is fun and body-friendly.
Tuesday class in Malpas, at the Heber School music/dance studio, 7.30pm.
No special clothing or equipment needed and Nia caters for a whole range of abilities and ages. First trial class is free and then block bookings only, due to limited space.

Classes run regularly, on weekday evenings and in weekend formats at the High Street Church, in Malpas and provide evidence-based information and support to first-time parents and those approaching the birth of baby no. 2, 3, 4, or more.
Courses enable parents to ask questions, explore their options and to make the decisions that are right for them, enabling them to approach birth and parenting feeling relaxed and confident.

Tilston Wakes weekend is the August Bank Holiday, with a variety of events held on the Sunday and Monday.
The Wakes committee is made up of volunteers from a range of occupations.
Proceeds are distributed to local organisations, who are encouraged to take part in the activities to keep the tradition alive.
